About DENCO

DENCO, LLC was formed in August of 1998.

• On January 27th DENCO, LLC purchased Morris Ag Energy, Inc., an ethanol facility in Morris, MN.
• In 1999 DENCO, LLC upgraded the existing facility to increase production from 7,000,000 gallons per year to 17,000,000 gallons per year. The cost of this construction was $11.4 million. Currently, DENCO, LLC produces 25,000,000 gallons per year.
• DENCO, LLC employs 35 people with an annual payroll of 1.6 million.
• In January, 2006 DENCO, LLC was purchased by and is currently a subsidiary of Big Island Grain, LLC.
